Is there a minimum volume or a minimum payout?

No minimum volume: the first lot pays. The payout leaves as soon as the week's total clears $10, and anything below simply rolls into the following week rather than being lost.

I already have a Vantage account. Do I open another?

No. An introducing-broker transfer is enough: you keep your account, your history and your open positions. It is done from the Vantage client area, and the app walks you through it screen by screen.
