1. Trade-In Submission by Third-Party Companies
1.1. Authorized Submissions
Companies authorized to submit trade-in requests on behalf of their customers must ensure that all information provided, including the condition of the bike, is accurate and truthful. This includes details on the wear and tear, damage, or any mechanical issues.
1.2. Mechanic Inspections and Liabilities
In cases where a company‘s mechanic or representative is responsible for inspecting and submitting the trade-in form on behalf of a customer, the company guarantees that the description provided is a fair and accurate representation of the bike‘s condition.
1.3. Misrepresentation
Should the condition of the bike be grossly misrepresented by the company‘s representative or mechanic, the company submitting the trade-in form will be held liable for any discrepancies. This includes being solely responsible for compensating the customer for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the misrepresentation. The company, not [Your Company Name], will be required to address any disputes arising from the inaccurate or misleading information.
1.4. Company Liability
In the event of a gross misrepresentation of the bike’s condition, Trade Up Ltd. will not be held liable for any claims, refunds, or compensation to the customer. Any resulting claims must be addressed between the customer and the company that submitted the trade-in request.
1.5. Review and Acceptance
By submitting a trade-in request, the company acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in the suspension of their ability to submit future trade-ins on behalf of their customers.
